Essence of Silk contains original written content, original photographs, silk documentation images, graphics, page layouts, educational explanations, and brand materials. This Copyright & Image Use Policy explains how Essence of Silk content may and may not be used.
Ownership of Content
Unless otherwise stated, all content on Essence of Silk is owned by or licensed to SILKPRADA GROUP, Inc. or its affiliated brands.
Protected content includes photographs, silk fabric images, cocoon images, production and process images, written descriptions, educational articles, glossary entries, graphics, illustrations, logos, website layouts, captions, page structure, product or fabric descriptions, brand names, and taglines.
Photography Policy
Essence of Silk uses original photography created, commissioned, documented, or maintained within the SILKPRADA and Silk Ling Shi brand ecosystem.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, photographs and visual documentation published on Essence of Silk are owned by SILKPRADA GROUP, Inc., Silk Ling Shi Inc., or the appropriate related company within the SILKPRADA / Essence of Silk / Silk Ling Shi brand structure.
These images may include silk fabric photographs, cocoon photographs, yarn and weaving documentation, manufacturer-visit images, silk experiment images, couture study images, product-detail images, travel and archive photographs, and other visual materials created for educational, editorial, documentary, or brand use.
Essence of Silk may use these photographs for educational archive purposes, including silk fabrication pages, silk origins pages, silk making documentation, silk behavior and care studies, silk couture studies, and related editorial content.
Photographs published on Essence of Silk may not be copied, downloaded, reused, reposted, edited, cropped, filtered, reproduced, redistributed, used in product listings, used in social media posts, used in catalogs, used in videos, used in presentations, used in artificial intelligence datasets, or used for any commercial or non-commercial publication without prior written permission.
Watermarks, logos, metadata, captions, filenames, and copyright notices may not be removed, altered, obscured, or misrepresented.
Permission to use any Essence of Silk photograph must be requested in writing. Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing by the appropriate rights holder.
Original Photography
Essence of Silk places a high value on original photography and first-hand silk documentation. Many images are created from original silk archives, manufacturer visits, fabric documentation, silk experiments, couture studies, product documentation, travel documentation, and visual research owned by SILKPRADA GROUP, Inc., Silk Ling Shi Inc., or the appropriate related company within the brand structure.
Permitted Personal and Educational Use
Visitors may view Essence of Silk for personal learning, private study, classroom discussion, or non-commercial reference.
Short excerpts may be quoted for educational or commentary purposes when properly attributed and when allowed by applicable law.
Images may not be reused without written permission unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses are not allowed without prior written permission:
copying full articles or substantial portions of text, republishing content on another website, using images in product listings, blogs, social media, presentations, videos, catalogs, or advertisements, cropping or editing images, removing watermarks, using content to create competing silk guides or fabric databases, scraping or automated extraction, using content for artificial intelligence training or machine learning datasets, selling or licensing Essence of Silk content, and presenting Essence of Silk content as your own.
Artificial Intelligence and Dataset Use
Essence of Silk content, including text, photographs, graphics, captions, and silk descriptions, may not be used to train, fine-tune, validate, or populate artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, image-generation tools, textile datasets, commercial databases, or automated content systems without prior written permission.

To request permission to use Essence of Silk content, contact us with:
your name, organization, the specific content requested, the page URL, intended use, whether the use is commercial or non-commercial, where the content will appear, and the duration of use.
Permission must be granted in writing before use.
Third-Party Content
If Essence of Silk includes third-party content, that content remains owned by its respective owner and will be credited where appropriate. Third-party content may not be reused based on permission from Essence of Silk unless we expressly have the right to grant such permission.
